We know that when you are shopping online, you want to read and understand all the terms and conditions, but sometimes it can be difficult to go through endless pages of text. We want your shopping experience with WowBrandz to be hustle free and enjoyable, but we also want to make sure you are completely aware of our policies regarding delivery, payment and refunds so you can make an informed decision.

That’s why we decided to keep our terms and conditions policy simple and clear. Please take your time to read this page as it may help you understand our process. Because we always want to improve our customers’ experience, we may update our Terms and Conditions so please keep your eyes out for any changes and check the dates at the top of this page.

Order Process

Take your time to browse through the website to find the most suitable products for you – in order to help you, every product that is on the website is accompanied by a short description and relevant information about the product (material, colour, size, capacity, etc).

After you are happy with everything that’s in your cart and you have double-checked that all the details are correct, you can submit your order. At this stage, we will make sure you know that your order has been received safe & sound: we will be sending you an email that recognizes the receipt of your order, followed by another email that will confirm the order and provide you details about delivery.

Although we always check and update the availability of our products, an error may occur and some of the products that you ordered may be out of stock at the moment of your purchase. In this case, we will let you know immediately and a full refund will be given back to you.

Payment

All the prices on our website are in the UK pounds and the payment can be made only by the methods specified in our payment methods. Before you submit your order, you will see the total cost of your order, including: the price of the products you buy (the current price of the products at the time and date of your order) and the delivery charges (if applicable).  If you are happy with everything, you can submit your order and the payment is deducted.

Because we want our customers to feel safe and protected when they shop online with us, we may check your details against public and private databases through one of our accredited identity verification partner. This way, if a transaction is fraudulent, we may cancel your order.

We are 100% committed to ensure that every information displayed on our website is correct, but occasionally errors may occur. In this case, if a price displayed on website is incorrect, we will ask you to confirm if you want to purchase the product in the correct price. Incase we are unable to get in touch with you, we will cancel your order and refund you, if that would be the case.

Restrictions (age restrictions, limits on orders)

We are selling products that may require a minimum age so please be advised that, by ordering them, you are confirming you are of the age required. 

Delivery

We deliver to any UK address, from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays).

Some orders may generally require a signature in order to acknowledge delivery and signature of the person that has accepted the delivery is proof that order has been received and items have been delivered to you or to the person that has signed for them. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted and that the product(s) have either been left with a neighbour or returned to the warehouse.

For next day deliveries please be aware that orders will only be delivered the next working day only if the order is placed before 9pm. We will still process orders that come after 9pm, but please be aware that you will not receive the delivery until the second working day. Working day means all days from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We are happy to assist you with any information you may require, but please note it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and ready to accept delivery of the product (please ensure delivery vehicle has access to it and there is enough space for delivery truck).

We will not be held liable in case of any delays or failure to deliver your order caused by circumstances that are out of our control, like (without limitations): adverse weather, strikes, transport issues.

Cancellations and return

We are completely aware that after receiving your item, you may change your mind or realize that it doesn’t fit your needs, so we are completely happy to exchange the product or refund you, subject to the fact that it’s unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that you are free to return any products anytime, in 21 days after delivery.

We know that sometimes you will have to inspect the products and, for that, you will have to open the original packaging. In this case, you are entitled to a refund even if you examined the goods, but you haven’t started using them in any way.

Please inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery of the products and we will make sure you will receive a full refund (as stated above, products must be in ‘as new’ condition).

Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid (except for the additional costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

To cancel an order, you can either email us at info@wowbrandz.co.uk or get in touch via Contact us page.  Even if you cancel your order before delivery of your products, we cannot stop delivery once the products are with our delivery service supplier. Please refuse any delivery of cancelled products or return them to us.

Faulty goods

We aim to deliver to you only the best products available on the market so that’s why, when a product has any faults, we want to sort that out for you as quickly as possible.

If the product that was delivered to you is faulty, you can either ask for a refund or an exchange, but only if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Also, for a refund or exchange, the products must be in a ‘’as new’’ condition with the original box and packaging.

Refunds for faulty goods include the applicable delivery charge and you will not be charged for collection. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery. If a fault occurs while you are abroad, please contact us to discuss how we can assist.
